Any damages, shortages or items that do not match what you expected must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
All items returned must be in their original packaging and dust bag and must be in an unused condition (except only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use). Refunds/Exchanges will only be given once we have received the returned product.
Except in the case of faulty returns, the cost of returning products lies with the buyer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value
Please note that we will not accept any returned products which have been modified, in whole or part, except in the case of faulty products.
Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days. We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels. P&P costs £4.00 per order, and all orders over £100.00 include free delivery. Once despatched orders usually take 2-3 working days.
